This is a powerful meditation that was taught by the Guides at O & O Academy in India as part of a recent course I experienced. I have been practicing this mediation daily.
Each Soul Sync meditation gives me the opportunity to have focus and clarity on ONE SPECIFIC Intention for my day, or for my life. It seems to resonate and stay with me throughout the day. The profound stillness and calm I feel sends me off to experience amazing synchronization and miracles in my day.
The audio process below was recorded by me, Patricia Keel with instructions at the beginning of the process. The entire audio file mp3 is about 18 minutes.
ENTER A BEAUTIFUL STATE. MANIFEST YOUR INTENTIONS.
Soul Sync Meditation is a ten minute meditation that will awaken you to a beautiful inner state of being and infuse your consciousness with the power to manifest your intentions.
Practicing the Great Soul Sync is entering a sacred space. In this expansive state of consciousness intentions become actualities, heart-felt desires are fulfilled. Life converges into synchronizations manifesting an abundance of love, wealth, creativity and well-being of every kind.
How to Practice Soul Sync to Manifest Your Wishes?
Soul Sync is not a simple meditation, is a powerful way to manifest your wishes, expand your consciousness.
Posture: Sit in a comfortable position and keep your spine straight. You may sit cross-legged on the floor, or sit on a chair with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
Put your hands on your knees with palms facing upwards. Lightly touch the tip of your thumb and the tip of your index finger together. Eyes are closed.
Take your time, never do it in hurry and be present as much as you can. If your mind wanders off, don’t beat it up – just bring it back to the practice.
6 Steps of Soul Sync Meditation
- Breathe deeply and slowly, bringing all your attention to your breath. Focus for 8 counts, counting off each full breath by using your fingers. Bringing awareness to the breath helps train your mind in awareness and lets you detach from your daily routines.
- Inhale deeply then exhale, make a loud humming sound like a humming bee – let it resonate all around your head. This vibration helps to open consciousness and releases cleansing, soothing neurochemicals. Again, do this for 8 counts.
- Take 8 conscious breaths, focusing on the pause between the inhale and the exhale. This brings your concentration to a pinpoint.
- Inhale deeply and, on the exhale, mentally chant ‘a-hum mm’ or ‘I AM’ – a mantra that acknowledges that we are everything in our consciousness. Count 8 breaths.
- Rest your hands on your thighs, thumb tip and index fingertip lightly touch. Visualize your physical body dissolving into golden light. You are a part of everything in the universe, and the whole universe is in you. No need to count for this phase, just enjoy the feeling of being blissfully One. Bring a gentle smile to your face.
- You can set a heartfelt intention for the day ahead. Smile gently as you focus on any one heartfelt desire or on a challenging situation in life that needs to be resolved. You may also choose to hold an intention for the well being of someone you love.

Soul Sync – a daily meditation practice to expand consciousness
Dan woke me up at 2am. I let him out and stood breathing in the soft night air. It had rained and the scent of the wet grass and foliage was intoxicating. No stars visible in which to lose myself, sadly – clouds pulled the firmament down. But still, a moment, a good moment. This is such a beautiful world.
Penninghame has pulled me back into a morning meditation practice. I’d lost my meditation mojo over the last year or so and had been floundering, catching a glimpse of tranquility here, a moment of mindfulness there, but nothing solid, nothing grounding. I recognized too that, in the past I have tended to use meditation as yet another form of distraction, a way of vaulting out, abnegating awareness, opting out of consciousness of life. Curious, huh?
There’s a lot of meditation at Penninghame – days often kick off with a dynamic Osho meditation in five stages and, throughout the week, you get to experience a whole range of guided meditations. On Step 2 we started each day with one that was new to me – Soul Sync, a daily meditation practice designed by One World Academy.
When I came back I checked out their website and it says that the benefits of regularly practicing Soul-Sync Meditation are that:
• You will internally grow happier and more peaceful
• You will attract love and abundance in life
• You will create harmonious external situations.
Hmm. Sounds okay.
But really, it’s just a great way to start the day. It need only take about 10-15 minutes (though you can expand it as long as you like). The clear structure might suit people who find they ‘wander off’ when meditating, or get bored. If you want to give it a go, I’ll run through the instructions – and will also add a video from One World that will talk you through it.
Sit in a comfortable position with your spine erect. It doesn’t matter how you sit – cross-legged on the floor, upright on a chair with your feet firmly planted on the floor – whatever works for you.
Rest your hands on your knees with palms facing upwards. Lightly touch the tip of your thumb and the tip of your index finger together.
Don’t race through it – take your time. Be present as much as you can. If your mind wanders off, don’t beat it up – just bring it back to the practice. You can’t go wrong.
- Simply breathe deeply and evenly, bringing all your attention to your breath. Focus for eight counts, counting off each full breath by using your fingers. Bringing awareness to the breath helps train your mind in awareness and lets you detach from your daily routines.
- Now inhale deeply and, as you exhale, make a loud humming sound like a bee – let it resonate all around your head. This vibration helps to open consciousness and releases cleansing, soothing neurochemicals. Again, do this for eight counts.
- Next take eight conscious breaths, focusing this time on the pause between the inhale and the exhale. This brings your concentration to a pinpoint.
- Now inhale deeply and, on the exhale, mentally chant ‘a-hum mm’ – a mantra that acknowledges that we are everything in our consciousness. Again, count eight breaths on your fingertips.
- Just rest your hands on your thighs, thumb tip and index fingertip lightly touching. Visualize your physical body dissolving into golden light. You are a part of everything in the universe, and the whole universe is in you. No need to count for this phase, just enjoy the feeling of being blissfully One. Bring a gentle smile to your face.
- Now you can set a heartfelt intention for the day ahead. Smile gently as you focus on any one heartfelt desire or on a challenging situation in life that needs to be resolved. You may also choose to hold an intention for the well being of someone you love
